From ‘Lobster, John Dory and Langoustine Bouillabaisse’ to ‘Tarte Tatin Revisited’, not forgetting succulent cuts of grilled meat, shoulder of lamb or delectable pasta dishes with a choice of six sauces… Everything positively bursting with gastronomic flair.

Whether the sun is shining or the snow is falling, one and all gather at the Carlibar. More than just a bar, this is the beating heart of the Carlina and its large terrace, right on the edge of the slopes, your meeting point. For lunch, indulge in an Argentinian barbecue where succulent cuts of meat are cooked to perfection. What could be more delicious and re-energising? And as the day draws to a close, enjoy the Carlibar’s legendary afternoon tea with its enticing menu made up of homemade crêpes, pastries, cakes and hot chocolates: a real treat after taking off your skis. And as day turns to night in Courchevel, our resident DJ offers a change of atmosphere, conjuring up that all important après-ski feel.

The Carlibar is also the setting for your aperitifs, whether sat on the terrace wrapped in our faux-fur throws or indoors in the bar’s wonderfully warm and inviting atmosphere. Winning cocktails and house creations, fine wines and champagne… Ours is a menu that is sure to please, accompanied by succulent tapas, croque-monsieurs, langoustine tempura, and courgette and parmesan fritters, to name but a few.

To celebrate Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the Carlina invites you to exceptional New Year’s Eve dinners on December 24th and 31st. For the occasion, the hotel decks its halls, immersing guests in an enchanting atmosphere with stunning decorations. On the 31st, talented artists will bring the evening to life with unique dance and singing performances, a DJ set, and artistic happenings, making the night truly unforgettable.
Surprise acts, like magicians, will amaze both young and old. And to keep the magic going, a brunch is offered on January 1st, perfect for kicking off the new year in a warm and elegant atmosphere.
