Bonjour, nous sommes des habitués depuis de nombreuse année au Carlina et jamais déçu. Le Staff de l Hôtel toujours au top, la cuisine ainsi que le service exemplaire. La propreté des chambres toujours impeccable. Ne pas oublier le skiroom service qui sont à la hauteur du luxe de l Hôtel. On félicite le groupe Alp Azur ainsi que tout le personnel pour ces belles prestations à l Hôtel Carlina de Courchevel. Bravo et merci pour ce belle endroit. Danielle et Pascal Funfrock.
Devo ammettere che l hotel Carlina ha risposto celermente al problema , e si sono prodigati con professionalità per risolvere il suddetto . Ritengo doveroso dare un altra possibilità all’ hotel in quanto sono certo che si prodigheranno nel miglioramento dell’ insieme , pertanto se dovessimo tornare l anno prossimo, credo che riprenoteremo da voi . This hotel is located in a Premier spot. It is the true definition of ski in and ski out.. perfect location, ski rentals with a very professional and equipped staff available. The hotel staff was warm, friendly and always willing to service. My critique would be that the rooms definitely need to be updated. They are definitely outdated but kept very clean , the dining area needs to be more inviting and updated on a major renovation. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for the very obvious reasons of a ski vacation

This hotel is in a prime location, perfect for ski-in, ski-out access. The on-site ski rental shop makes things incredibly convenient, with a fantastic staff ready to assist with equipment and setup. While the hotel itself has a lot to offer, the rooms could use some updating—they’re starting to feel a bit tired. However, the service more than makes up for it. The front desk staff is outstanding—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! The concierge team is equally excellent, always available and happy to assist ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Housekeeping is reliable, with timely turn-down service every evening. The on-site restaurant, while serving good food, lacks energy. It feels a bit too quiet and could benefit from a renovation to make it more inviting. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel. It has some great qualities and offers good value, especially considering its peak season pricing. The inclusion of three meals a day adds to the overall value, which is always a plus when traveling.

Excellent hôtel - je recommande la piscine. Emplacement idéal. Personnel très professionnel (réception, bar, restaurant, concierge : bravo et merci) tout en décontraction à l'écoute et toujours souriant et disponible pour rendre service. Chambre agréable. Petit déjeuner magnifique et restaurant très bon.
