Hotel Carlina 5-star hotel
Excellent séjour, personnel très agréable
Attentive staff, great location, valet parking. Rooms nice if a little small. The only real issue was with the manager and his greedy attitude firstly in trying to charge 200 euros for a dog and secondly wanting 300 euros for us to keep one of the rooms for a few extra hours even though you had nobody coming in to the room. I had already paid full price for that room for 2 nights booked on the day of arrival when I could have negotiated a discount and my son didnt arrive till 9pm.. In my view that makes you a money grabbing hotel and I am not sure I will come again. I would not have objected to a payment but those were excessive. After I complained you did reduce the dog bill to a more reasonable 80 euros and we left the hotel at 11am All in all not good PR. If you had not reduced the dog charge I would have written a seriously bad review on trustpilot
Très bon séjour, cependant, les chambres devraient être rénovées et entretenues. Le store et le chauffage ne marchait pas. Aussi, je voulais faire un late check out, nous sommes de très bons clients et ça n a pas été possible. Cela est bien dommage car cette touche de la part de l.hotel aurait été appréciée vu que la.chambre était vide

Lovely staff….when we arrived at midnight a friendly face opened the door. Charlie the concierge was very helpful. The breakfast was superb….i would be very healthy if the fruit was provided at my house every day! Decent pool table but better cues needed. The swimming pool was large enough to accommodate a few kids and jacuzzi was warm! Friendly boot room and putting the skis out was a lovely gesture. It’s expensive to stay but the staff try everyone to make it as good as possible.

je connais bien le Carlina j'y vais depuis plus de 10 ans. dommage que le hammam. n'existe plus . Quelques jeunes femmes à l'accueil qui je sourient jamais et accueil fermé quand on appel à 22h 30 pour la navette par ex . Le ménage n'est pas toujours parfait. Sinon tout le monde est très gentil et le ski room au top.

Courchevel staple! Have been coming to this hotel for over 25 years. Recently it’s under new management. They are trying to pick thing’s up but it takes time. Amazing location - steps away from the shops. Especially convenient if you have kids or guests that don’t ski.The ski room is well stocked, they do a great job! Overall staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms and hotel def in need of upgrade, renovation. Spa area needs full overhaul, please
